How do you modernise a legacy system without stopping the business?

Should we move to the cloud?
Only if there is a reason beyond the cloud itself. Good reasons include unpredictable demand, geographic distribution, and infrastructure you cannot staff to maintain. Poor reasons include the fact that everyone else has. We assess your infrastructure, deployment pipelines and current run-cost, and give you a projected cost for the target platform before you commit.
How do you connect systems that were never designed to talk?
Through APIs where they exist, and a middleware integration layer where they do not, with a clear record of which system owns each piece of data. The hard part is rarely the connection — it is deciding what happens when two systems disagree about the same record.
How much will a modernisation programme cost?
We give staged effort estimates with a risk register and a projected run-cost rather than a single number for the whole programme, because a single number for multi-year work is a guess dressed up as a quote. Each stage is costed before you commit to it.
