Started with a simple observation

Most businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a specific, concrete bottleneck — orders taken by phone because the site cannot take them, a spare parts catalogue that trade buyers cannot search, an approvals queue that nobody can see into — and a market full of vendors selling platforms instead of solving it.

Charu Solutions was built to work the other way round. We start with the bottleneck, establish what it costs, and only then decide what to build. Sometimes that is a custom web application. Sometimes it is a well-configured storefront that goes live in weeks. Often it is smaller than the client expected.

That approach has taken us across retail, food, education, healthcare, industrial supply, architecture and regulatory consulting — and into markets from Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru to Singapore, Dubai, Ireland, the UK, Germany and Australia.
