1. About these terms

This website is run by Charu Solutions, Delwara Rd, Paras Colony, Beawar, Rajasthan 305901, India ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Using this site

You may browse, read and share the site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:

• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it,
• copy the site's content in bulk, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance,
• send us anything unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share,
• pretend to be someone else when you contact us or book a call.

3. Our free tools

The free SEO and AI tools at /tools check public web pages. Please use them only on sites you own or have permission to test, and at a sensible rate. We may limit requests that look automated or abusive.

Results are automated readings of what a page returned at that moment. They are a guide, not a guarantee of how a search engine or AI system will treat your site. The tools are provided free and as they are, and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

4. Our content and other people's

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Please ask before reusing anything more.

Client names, logos and screenshots in our projects belong to those clients and are shown as examples of our work. Product names such as Wix, Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Kimi belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean those companies endorse us. Apart from being a Wix Legend Partner, we have no partnership with any of them.

5. Prices, case studies and advice

• Prices on this site are typical ranges to help you plan. A price is only fixed when we confirm it in a written proposal.
• Case study results describe what happened on that client's project. They are not a promise of the same result for yours.
• Articles and guides are general information, written carefully but not tailored to your business. Please get advice for your own situation before acting on them.

6. Enquiries, bookings and projects

Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract. Every project we take on is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership. If anything in it differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement applies.

If you need to move or cancel a booked call, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us. Paid bookings follow the cancellation terms shown when you book.

7. Links to other sites

We link to client sites, tools and articles we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, its free tools or its general information, including lost profits, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first, since most problems can be solved quickly. Anything we cannot resolve together will be handled by the courts at Beawar, Rajasthan.
