An audit score is not a ranking. These fixes remove the reasons a page cannot rank; rankings follow over the next months, and we report them as they move. The nine steps we used, in order
Most SEO advice arrives as a report that someone else has to implement, and it dies there. Because we build the site too, technical findings turn into commits: crawlability, structured data, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and the rendering decisions that determine whether search engines see your content at all.
Alongside that we set up measurement you can trust — clean analytics, real conversion tracking, and reporting that ties spend to outcomes instead of impressions. Where content is the gap, we help plan and produce it against what people are actually searching for in your market.
Selected work
A manufacturer site for a Jaipur disinfectant and pool-chemical plant, built so three very different buyers each land in the right catalogue — and so the team can maintain it themselves.
A portfolio and practice site for a New Delhi architecture and master-planning firm with more than two decades of built work to present.
A B2B lead-generation site for a Mumbai custom apparel and corporate gifting supplier, built around fast WhatsApp quoting.

AEO is optimising content so AI-driven answer systems — Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot — cite your page as the source when they answer a question in your field. It overlaps heavily with SEO, because those systems draw from pages that already rank and are already crawlable. What changes is structure: leading with the answer, being specific enough to be worth quoting, and making your organisation clear as an entity.
GEO and AEO describe the same shift with different emphasis. AEO focuses on being the cited source when a system answers a direct question; GEO focuses more broadly on how your brand is represented across generated responses, including comparisons and recommendations where no single question was asked. In practice the work is the same: answer-first structure, specific and quotable claims, consistent entity markup, and content that survives being lifted out of context.
Specialised and local terms typically move in months rather than weeks; broad national commercial terms take considerably longer and depend heavily on your domain’s existing authority. For Urban Liaison, a specialist approvals consultancy, the combination of narrow terms and a properly structured site produced first position across seven search terms.
No, and neither can anyone else — rankings are set by Google, not by your agency, and any guarantee is a sales tactic. What we can do is show you terms we have taken to first position, explain the method, and be honest about which of your terms look winnable and which do not.
We implement them. Because we build the sites too, technical findings become commits rather than a PDF somebody else has to action — which is where most SEO recommendations quietly die.
Machine learning, LLM assistants and document intelligence applied to the specific decisions and workflows that cost you the most time.
Customer-facing websites, portals and web applications built for speed, accessibility and search visibility from the first commit.
End-to-end product engineering — architecture, backend, APIs and mobile — for systems you intend to run for years, not quarters.
