The problem
What we built
We built the site around the firm's two audiences. Under Services, a For Developers page sets out MahaRERA work from project registration, quarterly compliances and professionals' certificates to project extension, de-registration, transfer, scrutiny clearance and the drafting of allotment letters and agreements for sale, each with a section on when it applies and what the firm takes on. A For Agents page does the same for agent registration, renewal, consultancy and scrutiny, including the registration fees the authority charges.
The home page introduces the firm, links its main services to the right page and summarises further work such as quarterly updates, allottee association formation and professional certificates. An Our Clients section lists 53 developers and builders by name. A Rera Calculators menu leads to three pages: a Developers Calculator, a Home Buyer Delayed Interest Calculator and a Home Buyer Refund page. The Contact page has an enquiry form, and every page footer carries the Kandivali West office address, two phone numbers, two email addresses and links to MahaRERA and court websites.
