The problem
A professional TV mounting and installation service was dependent on phone calls and third-party lead platforms to fill its schedule. Both cost margin and neither gave the business control over how a job was quoted or scheduled. What it needed was its own booking path that a customer could complete without speaking to anyone.
What we built
Rather than a template site, we built a custom web application around the booking flow: service selection, appointment scheduling and confirmation handled in the application itself, with cable management and add-on services presented as part of the same flow. Because it is a bespoke build rather than a page builder, the quoting and scheduling logic follows the way this business actually prices work.
