An eggless and vegan bakery in Hyderabad was taking cake orders by phone and message, which meant every order consumed staff time and the dietary detail that matters most to these customers — eggless, vegan, ingredients — had to be re-explained each time.

We built an ordering site where the dietary positioning is unmissable and each product carries its own detail, so customers self-qualify before they order. Online ordering with home delivery removed the phone step from routine orders, leaving the team to handle the genuinely bespoke ones.
